Registering on qqaa is quick and easy — the entire process takes no more than 2 minutes. Here's a step-by-step guide:
- Key Information: Full name, an active Bangladeshi mobile number (01X-XXXXXXXXX), and a strong password. Email is optional.
- Registration Form: On the registration page and fill in the three fields.
- OTP Verification: A 6-digit code will be sent to your mobile — enter it to continue.
- Account Active: Your account goes live immediately after OTP verification.
- First Deposit: Deposit a minimum of ৳200 to claim your welcome bonus.

Odds are a numerical representation of winning probability — they show you how much you get back on a ৳100 bet. qqaa generally supports three formats:
1. Decimal Odds (Simplest — qqaa's Default):
Example Odds 2.50 meaning a ৳100 bet returns a total of ৳250 (profit: ৳150).
Calculation: Stake × Odds = Total Return
2. Fractional Odds (UK Style):
For example 3/2 Meaning a BDT 2 stake returns BDT 3 in profit.
Calculation: (Stake × Numerator/Denominator) = Profit; your original stake is returned separately.
3. American Odds (Moneyline):
+150 meaning a ৳100 bet returns ৳150 in profit. -120 meaning a ৳150 bet returns ৳100 in profit.

When a match is cancelled or abandoned, qqaa follows specific rules. Depending on the situation, one of three outcomes may apply:
Scenario 1 — Match cancelled before it starts:
Your full stake will be refunded. It typically returns to your balance within 1–6 hours.
Scenario 2 — Match Started but Abandoned (less than 50% of play completed):
The event is declared void and the full stake is refunded on all related bets.
Scenario 3 — Sufficient play has been completed (e.g. 20 overs in cricket):
Results are determined by the DLS method or official scores, and bets are settled accordingly.
For accumulator bets: If an event is voided, it is removed and the bet is recalculated based on the remaining selections.

Temporary Cooling-Off Period (1 to 30 days):
Contact the support team via live chat or email. Once your identity is verified, the action takes effect immediately.
Permanent Account Closure: Email us at support@qqaa.fun. If you have a remaining balance, withdraw it first.
