Qqaa Terms & Conditions — Your Rights & Responsibilities, Clearly Explained

By using the qqaa.fun website or mobile app, you agree to these terms and conditions. They form the legal basis of your relationship with qqaa, so please read them carefully before using our services.

These terms are available in both Bangla and English. In the event of any ambiguity, the Bangla version shall prevail.

Qqaa reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be announced on the website along with the updated date. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you may close your account.

To open an account with qqaa, you must provide accurate information. Creating an account with false or misleading details is a violation of our terms. Each individual may only have One Account can hold.

• Your full name, mobile number, and date of birth must be entered correctly at the time of registration.
• If multiple members of the same household are playing from the same device or IP address, please notify our support team in advance.
• If a single person is found to hold two accounts, both accounts will be closed.
• Identity verification is mandatory before any withdrawal.

Qqaa currently supports all major mobile banking platforms in Bangladesh: Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Bank transfer is also available in certain cases.

• Minimum Deposit: ৳200
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳300
• Maximum Single Withdrawal: ৳50,000 (higher limits may apply for VIP Diamond members)
• Deposits are generally instant. Withdrawals are processed within 2–4 hours for regular members and 10 minutes to 1 hour for VIP members.
• Withdrawals will be returned via the same payment method used for the original deposit.

If qqaa identifies a transaction as suspicious, your account may be temporarily suspended pending review. This process may take up to 72 hours.

All bonuses and promotions at qqaa are subject to specific terms and conditions. By accepting a bonus, you agree to the associated terms.

• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements are met.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time.
• If unusual bonus usage patterns are detected — such as wagering bonus funds exclusively on low-risk bets — the bonus may be voided.
• Qqaa reserves the right to modify the terms of any promotion.

All bets on qqaa are accepted at real-time odds. If you do not receive a confirmation message after placing a bet, assume the bet was not placed successfully.

• If an event is cancelled: The bet will be voided and your funds will be returned.
• If a result is disputed: Settlement will be completed within 24 hours of the official result announcement.
• If one leg of an accumulator is void: That leg will be settled at odds of 1.0 and the remaining legs will be settled as normal.
• If a bet is accepted due to a technical error and the mistake is identified later, qqaa reserves the right to void that bet.
• Bets placed at clearly incorrect odds — such as 100× odds caused by a typo — may be voided.

Qqaa is committed to maintaining a fair and healthy betting environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Multiple Accounts: Holding two or more accounts under the same identity.
• Bots or Automated Software: Use of automated betting programs.
• Arbitrage Betting: Exploiting system vulnerabilities to guarantee profits.
• Bonus Abuse: Opening multiple accounts solely to claim bonuses.
• False Information: Providing false information during registration.
• Unfair Advantage: Using insider information or facilitating match-fixing.

Qqaa is committed to responsible betting. Betting is meant to be enjoyable — not addictive. To help you stay in control, qqaa offers the following tools:

• Deposit Limit: Set a maximum deposit limit — daily, weekly, or monthly.
• Session Timer: Automatic logout after a set period of inactivity.
• Cooling-Off: Take a betting break for anywhere between 24 hours and 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Exclude yourself for anywhere from 1 month to permanently.

To access these tools, contact the qqaa support team or go to your account settings. Once self-exclusion is activated, it takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed before the set period ends.

Qqaa may update these terms and conditions, in whole or in part, at any time. When changes are made:

• A notice will be posted on the website and app.
• You will be notified at your registered email address.
• The "Last Updated" date at the top of the page will be changed.

If you do not agree to the updated terms, you may close your account and withdraw your balance within 30 days.
